Bridge Meadows Imagine Gala is the kind of fundraiser where the room has to feel effortless even when the run of show is moving fast.

At the Hyatt Regency Portland, we delivered polished AV production that carried heartfelt stories, live moments, and auction energy without letting the tech become the headline. To get there, we made every table feel close to the stage, we kept every word perfectly audible, and we supported the run of show with confident pacing from start to finish.

Benefits and Results

For guests, the night felt seamless. Meanwhile, behind the curtain, our team ran a coordinated system built for calm. Dual projection screens kept visuals bright and readable across the ballroom, and clear mic coverage over a tuned sound system gave hosts, honorees, and performers consistent clarity. Just as importantly, we used lighting to shape the room from welcome, to program, to celebration.

As the auction energy rose, we kept transitions clean and the pace steady, so all the important moments felt exciting instead of rushed. In the end, the result was a polished Portland gala experience that supported the mission, respected the audience, and let the night shine.

  • Projection: Epson Pro L1505U 12,000 lumen laser projectors + 9×16 front projection screens

  • Video switching and signal flow: Roland VR-50HD AV switcher + Decimator MD-HX converters + AJA FiDO fiber transport

  • Program displays: Samsung 40 inch LCD downstage monitors for program and presenter support

  • Wireless and podium mics: Shure Axient wireless system + Shure SM58 for announcements

  • Lighting: KL panel wash + ETC ColorSource spots with gobos + Robe Esprite breakup fixtures + Freedom PAR uplighting

  • Power and show infrastructure: 200A three phase power distribution + black drape package + ADA cable ramps
