Client Objective

Acumatica Summit 2026 in Seattle needed a keynote environment that could support a large audience, major product messaging, live presenters, and a high-volume visual program without feeling chaotic in the room.

The general session called for a wide LED canvas, clean camera support, reliable switching, graphics, playback, audio, intercom, and the infrastructure to keep everything moving together. With content focused on cloud ERP, AI, product strategy, and customer momentum, the room needed to feel polished, flexible, and professional.

For the audience, the experience needed to feel simple. Deliver strong presenter support on a stage that kept everyone’s attention on the message.

Benefits and Results

MeyerPro supported a large-scale general session environment built around LED, broadcast video, and camera support, in order to help Acumatica provide their powerful message.

The stage design used over 750 ROE GP 2.6 LED panels to create a wide, immersive visual field across the room. A center LED wall anchored the keynote look, while large side walls supported branding, presentation content, IMAG, and motion graphics. This resulted in a room that felt big, bright, and visible from every single seat.

Behind the scenes, the production needed to handle a lot at once. Live cameras, presenter content, graphics, routing, transmission, and communications all had to stay in sync throughout the program. MeyerPro helped provide the systems and crew support needed to keep the general session smooth and controlled from start to finish.

The event was a polished keynote experience that gave Acumatica Summit the scale expected from a major technology summit while keeping the focus where it belonged: on the speakers, the content, and the audience in the room.
